My story:

I was 18 years old and 420 lbs and was hospitalized for months at a time, almost dying in the process. How does someone get this big you might ask? its truly just ignoring reality and not facing what the truth was. Putting it out of ones mind and doing all the wrong things with bad eating habits.

Its truly something someone needs to do for themselves, there had to be a eureka moment in your life, a turning point when you realize that you need to change. Once you have decided this, the sky is the limit. I lost 240 lbs in 2 years time. 140 lbs in the first year. With nothing more than common sense that everyone should have.
I weight 183 lbs right now and am 14% body fat. And it truly is an easy thing to maintain.

I will tell you how to lose weight, achieve your goal, whether it be losing 5 lbs or 55 lbs. How to tone up, and build muscle in a straight-forward and easy way. There are no tricks, It can be implemented with ease into your everyday life. It just takes some planning and understanding

I have helped others in my life see the light, and change their ways. Its something anyone can do really. I know the saying gets tossed around, but its very true.

Diet principles:

Engage your brain. Its simple. You need to be aware of what you are eating, how much you are eating and when you are eating. It doesn't matter what you are trying to achieve, food is your friend. You need to eat with your mind, not with your body, do what you know is right. I will show you how to do this, what to do, and how to succeed. Eat with your mind, not with your body. Think about what you body needs, what your target weight should eat. Don't justify cravings, that will lead to bringing, allow yourself to cheat when its time.

  • Eat with your mind, not with your body. Do what you know is right.
  • Don't starve yourself. As much as it seems like it's the best way to lose weight... it's not.
  • Think about what food is - nothing more than to fuel your body.
  • Enjoy your food less.
  • Find new positive things to keep you excited and motivated.

Exercise principles:

Exercise smart, Exercise often. Keep your body guessing. Don't justify what you should do, do what you know is right. Resting is just as important as working hard. Balancing your schedule with your priorities. The Biggest progress you can make is in the kitchen, and while you sleep. The Exercise is just the catalist. You only get out what you put in. And take it 1 day at a time. Cliche but its true.

Hey, i am on the same road

Hey, i am on the same road you were on I'm 20 years old and weigh 330 pounds, I saw your after pictures and there great but the only thing I am scared of is the sagging skin. Do you know if there's a way to prevent that or is there a surgery that can get your skin back tight on your body and making it look natural? That's my biggest fear

Simply amazing

Possibly the most inspirational transformation on ZodBod, and the reason why this site is here at all. It'd be great to see a full plan for others to follow on a step-by-step basis (any questions on this just let me know). In the meantime I wanted to say well done for turning your life around, and if we can go any way to helping pass on your lessons to others then we're grateful for this opportunity.
