5 Minute Bum/Glute Toner
A 5-minute workout video that focuses entirely on the glute or bum muscles. I have kept it equipment free so that you can do this workout at home or anywhere else you might like! It is not an exhaustive set of exercises for the glutes but a few good exercises strung together to get you used to training and to keep things quick. Who doesnt complain about not having enough time to workout right?!
Watch the video through first so you know what you are doing and then either write the exercises down or follow along on the computer. If you want to make the video more challenging then add some ankle weights.
If you really want to get your legs and bum in shape then you should definitely be doing squats and lunges (see video library) in your routine. In my opinion they are the two best exercises you can do for your lower body.
