Upload a Video

There are currently two types of video which are eligible for upload onto ZodBod. Your 'success story' video should depict the results you achieved in your downloadble plan and this video will also show on your 'plan page'. You are only allowed one 'success story' video at present.

You can upload as many 'exercise demo' videos as you like. Our aim is to create a library of exercise demos which can be accessed by anyone.
