My story:

My story really begins when a body of mine took me to the gym the very first time. I loved it! I realized that it would change my body and that I really enjoy it. I was so tired of being soggy and I knew it was time to do something about it. I started hardcore and never let up. It was all based on motivation. I knew it was something that I wanted and I would do whatever I needed to get it. There were times when I had to hit the gym at 5 o'clock in the morning before school but it never phased me.It really helped me build mental strength. I knew that I had made so much progress; I couldn't stop. I used to read all the magazines as well to get work out tips. It's always good to hear from people who have been working out a lot longer than I have and to hear what has worked for them.

Diet principles:

Stay away from fast food. Focus on eating lean meats such as chicken and fish. Also it is important to eat complex carbs which are whole grain foods and vegetables. Fruits also help to provide energy throughout the day. Also it is important to have a solid multi-vitamin supplement as well. Remember to drink lots of water and dont forget that 80% of your physique is due to your diet.

Exercise principles:

Get into the gym and focus on using free weights.
