A health and fitness professional looks over all of our downloadable plans before we publish them for sale on the site.

The criteria we use to judge the safety of a plan are: Maximum weight loss per week is no greater than 3lbs; minimum number of calories consumed per day is 1400. We also do not endorse the use of steroids and any plans promoting the use of steroids will be removed.

Whilst we put the plans we sell through this filter this does not mean they are safe for you. People start from different fitness levels and if you try to push your body too hard, or change your diet rapidly it may be detrimental to your health. We suggest that you use the plans as an informational guide and insist that you run your plan past your GP/physician to make sure he says it's OK for you!

If you go to the plan page in question and click on the ‘flag this plan’ button you will be taken to a page where you can tell us your concerns. We will look into all requests for flagged content within 24 hours.

Once you have purchased a plan you are free to download it as many times as you like. You can access the plans you have purchased in the my account section of the website.

If you feel the plan was mis-represented or dangerous then you are eligible for a refund and if you get in touch with our refunds department we’ll look into your request, take the necessary action and get back to you within 2 working days. Go to 'my account' then click on the 'edit' tab. Once you've gone into the 'edit; tab click on the 'affiliate details' tab where you'll find the box to enter your PayPal address.

If you’re not already a member of the site you’ll have to create an account. Then just click on the upload your success story button at the top right of this page.

A downloadable plan is a 'complete how-to' guide which represents the results achieved in your before and after pictures. The downloadable part is the part that you can sell on the site.

Yes it's fine to include brand names in your plan.

It costs nothing to have your plan on the site and we will never ask you for any money up-front. We charge $4.95 for each plan downloaded on the site, 50% of which we pass on to you.

It costs nothing to create your plan on the site. Once your plan is downloaded we take a commission at that point.

Payments are made on the first Monday of each month, with a minimum of 30 days before your first payment is deposited into your PayPal account.

We will pay you direct to your PayPal account on a monthly basis. PayPal is currently the only method of payment.

No, we don't allow links to external sites from your plan page. We do however allow links to external sites in your 'downloadable plan'.

We know that sometimes the body change you’ve achieved can fit into both muscle gain and weight loss categories. This is why we let you publish a plan in both categories (although you’ll have to submit them separately).

We understand that many plans may have a natural progression, and that you may have done different things at different times during your 'transformation'. In order to make this information easy to follow for others we suggest breaking your plan down into sections to reflect what you did during the various stages you went through.

If you get a message stating that you are not authorized to access the area for creating plans then you'll need to upgrade your account. Upgrading your account is free and will give you access to the area you need to upload your own success story. To request an account change use the contact form and choose the 'change account type' option. It will take no longer than 3 working days for us to upgrade your account.

When you submit a photo we will automatically re-size the photo to fit on the site. If you want to crop a photo then we suggest using a desktop tool to do this. A great free tool we could recommend is picassa which is a free offering from google.
